Ostria is a spacious 2-person studio with a double king-size bed that can also accommodate a cot for an infant. The kitchen has double electric induction hot-plates, fridge, toaster and kettle, cutlery and cookware, and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee! Bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TV. Private parking. The view from its private patio in the garden looks westward towards the sea, northward and southward to the beautiful hillsides which cradle the village.

Το Porto Nuovo Studio 2 βρίσκεται στον λιμένα θασου στον 1ο όροφο με μπαλκόνι μόλις 50 μέτρα από το νέο λιμάνι, 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο του λιμένα και από την παραλία! Εχει ελεύθερο παρκινγκ γύρω. Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρα υπάρχει φούρνος και απέχει 2 λεπτά από τα supermarkets Lidl, Μασούτης. Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests (kids must me 2yrs or older).

Το διώροφο πέτρινο κτίριο που κτίστηκε το 1890 αποκαταστάθηκε και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως μόλις πρόσφατα, βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Λιμένα, στις παρυφές της Ακρόπολης, σε απόσταση λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Λιμένα στο παλιό λιμάνι, κοντά στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της αρχαίας Θάσου, το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.
