We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Norman Road, recently renovated is the perfect seaside getaway. A couples retreat or friends/family getaway for up to 7 guests be it a summer beach holiday or winter walks & relaxing in front of the fire. Blue Flag beach St. Mildred's Bay is 300 metres from the door, explore the Westgate High St shops, Margate Old Town, tennis at the nearby courts or enjoy the sun and a BBQ on the private patio. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Sunset Sea View Writer’s Retreat

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.

Sandy Feet Cottage (prev., Fisherman’s Cottage)

Tucked away in a courtyard this newly refurbished one bedroom grade 2 listed cottage is situated in the heart of Broadstairs minuteaway from the beach. Refurbished to a high standard with high quality products. The cottage has a sofa bed in the lounge that makes the cottage sleep 4. The stairs for the cottage are very steep but are the traditional stairs for the cottage.
