We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Herne Bay,Whitstable towns and the city of Canterbury just 15 mins by car. Local buses run frequently in both directions Enjoy.

Holly Tree Cottage - A Hidden Gem in the Old Town

A beautiful hidden cottage on the edge of the Old Town, tucked away among the trees with private driveway, front garden and just a few minutes stroll through the vintage shops, award-winning restaurants, bars and cafes to the beach. Our historic cottage has been newly restored to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and bespoke features throughout. Located in a perfect green and tranquil spot, the wonderful Turner Contemporary art Gallery and main sands are just a 3 minute walk away.

Surrounded by fields and orchards, our self contained, detached annexe makes an ideal retreat for a break in the countryside. You share your stay with our horses and goat who graze in the paddock opposite. It is the perfect base to explore the city of Canterbury, the glorious Kent coast and hotspots Whitstable and Margate (we are conveniently based between them -only a twenty minute drives). Whether you want to relax or explore we offer an ideal spot for families, couples or groups of friends!

Built in 1865 by the Admiralty, our cottage is stylish and comfortable, lots of natural light from the large original sash windows and tall ceilings gives an impression of space.

The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.
