It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

It has been stylishly refurbished and has its own secluded courtyard garden. 5 minutes walk from High St shops with Everyman Cinema, Tom Kerridge’s Michelin* Hand &Flowers & The Coach, plus Marlow Ivy Garden, Côte Brasserie, Piccolino, The Compleat Angler and several historic pubs. The Park and Thames Path river walk are 10 minutes walk. Nearby bus stops serve neighbouring Henley-on-Thames (8 miles away).

A very short walk away is the historic university parks, the historic university, town center, the vibrant Cowley road & the JR hospital are all reachable on foot in 15 minutes. I live opposite and have a driveway for guests free of charge should they need this and am readily available should you have any questions. High Speed Fibre optic WIFI is present in the house and smart TV.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
