Historic Stay at Old City Hall

Branner Room, Queen bed. The Lodge at Mossy Creek is a 1904 historic building in downtown Jefferson City Tennessee, adjacent to Carson Newman University, 3 miles from Cherokee Lake, 1/2 mi to historic Glenmore Mansion, Mossback Distillery and several local eateries. The building served as the Jefferson City City Hall from 1929- 1989. Our beautifully restored building houses the Heritage & Visitor Center at Mossy Creek, Revisions Gift Shop, Patriot Wood Fired Pizza, and 3 upscale lodging rooms.

The Inn at Trout Mountain - Mountain Laurel Suite

The Mountain Laurel Suite is our crown jewel. It is our most spacious suite, complete with a private balcony, living room, and a full-sized kitchen with all the essentials that you might need during your stay. This suite is outfitted with a luxurious king-size bed and organic cotton linens, as well as modern furnishings, a smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your comfort. The suite also boasts a grand ensuite bathroom with a full soaking tub/shower, plush organic towels, and unlimited hot water.

Quiet, small- town getaway in historic hotel. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and some exposed brick make this room a “favorite” for anniversaries, honeymoons, or romantic trysts. Located between Memphis & Nashville, this 1939, 12-room Hotel was restored by a couple originally from Rhode Island. Original architectural details were saved while adding modern amenities like WiFi & DirecTV (and necessities like bathrooms & air conditioning!). Classic furnishings.
