Hop on bicycles and ride the famous Poudre River trail to all the famous breweries in the heart of downtown Fort Collins. 25 minutes drive to Mishawaka Amphitheater in the Poudre Canyon. 10 minutes drive to CSU campus. We are just a few minutes drive from Horsetooth Reservoir- and are located directly across the street from Horsetooth’s hiking & biking trail for easy access to the waterfall. Kayak & SUP rentals are available. 20 min from downtown FOCO.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.
