The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for outdoor BQ's. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and the back yard to enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets. I'm offering it to visitors that want a luxury home while having the privacy needed when visiting Paso. I may or may not be there at many times. I have a home in LA & there half time.

The unique Blackberry House is nestled among oak trees in the historical quaint town of Templeton. This tiny home is privately tucked away on two acres in its own cozy corner. The 300 sq ft two-story floor plan is truly one of a kind. The separate downstairs offers a cozy sitting room with a TV, comfy chairs, a desk, and a kitchenette. The upstairs includes a private outside hot water shower located on a secluded deck. Inside the bedroom a queen-size bed, sink with vanity, room with a toilet.

Maverick Hill Ranch Farm Stay

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

Spring flowers paint the hills of the Central Coast. Warm days and crisp nights make spring a great time to enjoy the beauty of the wildflowers and wild life of the the back canyons. Enjoy the peace and solitude of the Central Coast back country in this 10ft x 12ft furnished wall tent. Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the vibrant greens, pinks and yellows of springtime in the back canyons. Temperatures average mid 60s/70s in the daytime and upper 40s/low 50s at night.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

Our home is nestled in the quiet hills of Wine Country. With its own private entrance, we have a two bedroom apartment for you to enjoy. Both rooms have King Beds and full private bathrooms, one of which has a large soaking tub and double sinks. A small kitchenette (please note: no oven available), couch, TV with streaming, table, games and fireplace are in the living room. This is a great space for a family or two couples on a trip together.
