This century home in downtown North Bay is in walking distance to Lake Nipissing waterfront boasting the best sunsets in Ontario. The suite has 2 bedrooms with a king bed and queen bed. A double futon is in the open concept kitchen that overlooks the indoor PRIVATE pool and hot tub. The pool is exclusive to guests using the suite. Tenants who live above do not have access to the suite, yard or pool. Enjoy the large yard with a deck, patio furniture and a BBQ.

1-br apartment is close to Lake Temiskaming with a separate entry on the second floor of our home. Enjoy an outdoor hot tub, balcony and lakeview bedroom. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.
