Please Note that although we have a kitchenette it is not a full kitchen for cooking evening meals, there is no laundry. We provide tea, coffee & milk but not breakfast.

Relax and unwind in our spacious garden apartment. Peaceful and private, set in a mature garden, just a 5 minute drive to Wanaka town centre. The apartment is within the boundary of the main house however is completely stand alone and has it's own entrance. NOTE: There are steps to access apartment NO COOKING FACILITIES IN ROOM. NOTE: To gain access to the property thru gate, you need to be able to receive SMS messages and call within NZ Tea ,coffee making facilities only.

We recently built this 1 bedroom apartment above our garage. You will have the place completely to yourself, including a separate lounge area and bathroom. Both the lounge and bedroom have a heat pump to keep you cozy in Winter and cool in Summer. Unlimited Wifi is also included. This is a great location, only a 20min walk into town via greenway. Please note the stairs are located in the garage and are a bit steep. We will not use the garage while you are staying with us for complete privacy.

The Loft is a stand alone unit above the carport. It has a Queen size bed and a sofa bed the can sleep an additional two people. The bathroom has a spacious shower with a good hot water supply. The Loft has a good WiFi connection and a TV with all the Freeview channels. The ingredients for a rich continental breakfast will be delivered to you which you can prepare in the kitchenette and enjoy at your leisure.

This new studio unit is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac but only 6 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes drive to the carpark at Coronet Peak! This cosy retreat is ideal for the single traveller or couple. Views are to the back of the property across to Arthurs Point but privacy is ensured with the lovely trees on the property.
