Three bedroom split level cottage, sole use. The cottage is homely and comfortable in park-like surrounds, three minutes walk to lake and five minutes walk to town centre. Strictly maximum 5 guests. Please send enquiry to book over 6 months in advance. Complimentary wi-fi, TV, heat pump in kitchen/lounge, heaters in bedrooms. Full eat-in kitchen including gas range and various appliances. Washing machine. Large yard. Hosts live locally & are available should you require assistance.

Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

A 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the centre of town (1.1km) and 10 minutes walk to a great swimming spot at the lake. The property is shared with the hosts but the tiny home is self-contained. Off-street parking, in our driveway, directly in front of the tiny house. There is no TV.

Perfect for couples- our cottage is not suitable for children.
