Hiker's Retreat Cabin

Cute cabin for two! Set in the midst of Plumas National Forest, Paxton is very secluded. Walking distance to the beautiful Feather River and our own private sand beach. Hiking, swimming and tubing. Close to Lake Almanor, Bucks Lake, the quaint towns of Quincy and Belden, snowshoeing, fishing and many other outdoor activities. We also have a Little Tree Library with books for all ages, or little games to play. Plus, we include many lawn games right here on the historic Paxton Lodge property.

Keddie Wye House

Based at the foot of the world-famous Keddie Wye Trestle, this historic 1906 home offers custom woodwork and attention to detail throughout. Outside you will find extensive decks, private river access, and exquisite landscaping. The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye. House is only 7 miles from the Quincy. NOT SUITIABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR HANDICAP.

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Enjoy biking, rafting, birding and hiking adventures from the centrally located converted historic motor inn, Rainbow's End. We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

Oak Knoll

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.
