Small kitchen appliances for your use are a toaster, keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and a waffle maker. Close to GSP, Greer Station, Lyman Lake Lodge

There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.

This is a gorgeous tiny home nestled into the corner of a big open field with a view of Paris Mountain! About 25 minutes from downtown Greenville, and 20 minutes to GSP airport. We encourage you to unplug and relax and get some rest during your stay at the tiny home! No pets for stays over 4 nights.
