Lower level suite with private entrance includes one separate bedroom, one bed with room divider in the common space, plus a full bath, kitchen facilities, and living area. Once called the "United Nations of birds", we are just a short drive from public beaches, lakes, the Victoria Rail Trail, and Monck's Landing Golf Course (stay and play package available). Our charming upper studio private suite is located on a quiet treed street in beautiful Collingwood. Its decor celebrates the charm of small town life, celebrating a connection to nature and setting a happy vacation tone. It's a ten minute walk to our historic downtown, offering unique shops, galleries and creative places to eat and drink. Sunset Point Park is closeby and a network of more than sixty trails is one block away. We are a ten minute drive to Blue Mountain where adventure awaits.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful hideaway. We have a beautiful river in the backyard and a sandy beach fire pit. It's a minute walk to the beach across the street. It's also 30min away from the Blue Mountain resort. Please note that it’s a downstairs separate guest suite includes kitchen, living room and bedrooms. You’ll have full privacy and the use of the entire backyard, hot tub, bbq and fire pit. My family and I live in the upstairs unit, you may see us in the main driveway.
