Spazi contemporanei in una dimora storica a pochi minuti dalle spiagge ioniche, come la spiaggia di Punta della Suina o Lido Pizzo. 🍹 La struttura è dotata di una Plunge Pool (vasca a immersione di 6 mq e 80 cm di profondità) collocata nella terrazza e ad uso esclusivo della proprietà. 🔊 Nota bene: Una delle tre camere da letto si affaccia sulla strada. Poiché l'appartamento si trova al primo piano, a volte è possibile sentire il rumore del traffico. Le altre due camere sono più silenziose.

Confortevole ed autonomo alloggio di 50 mq con grazioso cortiletto di 20mq posto a pian terreno e situato in una tranquilla zona al centro città provvista di tutti i servizi. Di recente ristrutturazione le stanze riprendono le caratteristiche costruttive salentine con volte alte a stella e muratura d’epoca. Interdetta agli ospiti, invece, la terrazza ed il locale “vedetta” per lavori di ristrutturazione (attualmente sospesi) il cui mancato utilizzo non inficia la godibilita’ dell’appartamento.

E' ideale per trascorrere le vostre vacanze in assoluta tranquillità pur stando a pochi km da Gallipoli e dalle spiagge più belle del Salento. Si tratta di un attico con tre terrazze, di cui una panoramica dalla qualle si possono ammirare le case bianche del paese, la campagna salentina e il mare di Gallipoli con il faro.
