You’ll love my place because of the location- right on the water, the friendly service and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends in some of our pet rooms- not all room types(pets). Heritage Loft- Queen bed - Own Entrance & Bathroom

This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to experience living in a 200 years old loft unit built by the convicts for the army officers circa 1827 in the heart of it all. The unit has a narrow colonial staircase leading up to the room. The sloped ceilings help achieve its cozy setting. - 10mins drive to Hobart International Airport. -30minutes drive to Hobart City Center, and 1 hour to Port Arthur. - A few minutes' walk from major supermarkets, many restaurants, pubs, and antique shops.

Hawley House - beachside heritage accommodation

Hawley House (c.1878) is an idiosyncratic boutique hotel in a beautiful setting, overlooking the national park and Rubicon River and with frontage to Hawley Beach. Featuring spectacular views, tranquil gardens & authentic history, on a 350 acre estate. “Birch Lane” is a fully self-contained B&B apartment in the heart of the Huon Valley, between Cygnet and Huonville. Luxury self-catering kitchen, breakfast provided, private courtyard, covered parking, unlimited free WIFI, close to shops and tourist attractions. The apartment is semidetached but private and lockable. ''Birch Lane'' sleeps up to 5 guests on a combination of bedding ;QS, Dbl Murphy Bed, 2x Single foldaways. Extra guests are $10 pp per night. This room is an officially AAA accredited 4 star room with a King bed that can be split into two single beds on request and with a stylish sofa that can be converted to a sofa bed for a 3rd guest . The room offers a north facing window with vista view of Penguin and the Bass Strait. Ensuite, Interior table, ceiling fan, heating, quality robes, slippers, towels and spa products. Mini Bar, fridge, tea/coffee facilities including Lavazza pods. 3 minute walk to shops and beaches.

Hanlon Guest House is a lovely big old heritage home tastefully furnished to complement its coastal location by the spectacular Godfrey’s Beach at the foot of the Stanley Nut. Ground floor with king size bed and lounge seating. The private bathroom is accessed via the shared guest laundry and has a large single spa bath (we supply lovely fluffy robes and slippers). Features a pod coffee machine, T2 teas, mini bar, free WiFi, soft seating, fluffy robes, quality toiletries.
