The home is privately positioned at the end of a shared driveway in Tanah Merah. There is parking in an adjacent car port with flat ramp access onto the verandah.  The accommodation is at the top of a half acre property and the land slopes down to our house which is on the bottom half of the block. Behind us is Murrays reserve bushland.  Home to a variety of birdlife and some local wallabies. The front verandah catches nice afternoon breezes. This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Little Bird Cottage is situated in a quiet, private rainforest grove on Tamborine Mountain. It's character both inside and out is French/English Country with the added romantic atmosphere generated by its secluded rainforest setting. An excellent place to unwind and is within walking distance to Gallery Walk, the Botanical Gardens, National Parks and numerous quality eating venues. Separated by Rainforest trees from the main house this cottage provides guests with privacy and tranquility.

Comfortable Unit.

Our unit is airy, light and spacious. The unit has two entrances with easy access from the parking area which is off street. There is a gas bbq outside the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious with bar stools. The unit has a washing machine and a wash line on the verandah. The unit is not air conditioned but has ceiling fans. There is a dining table and tv lounge. The bedroom space has a queen size bed, a king single and a single. This is a non smoking unit but smoking outside is fine.
