Situated in an old industrial quarter which has been converted into a lively urban area - like a city in a city. Everything you might need is only a few steps away - cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, museums. It is also easily accessible by tram, bus, car and even by boat.

The new building constructed in 2023 is a unique place located in the trendy Volta quarter. This brand new apartment is situated in one of the most trendy areas of the city, making it the perfect place for young professionals, couples, or solo travelers. Parking behind the building 8€ 24h. Same street Volta Padel. Smoking, parties, noise after 23:00 is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Fine for violation is 150€.
