Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά ,μόλις 30 m. από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού αλλά και από την παραλία με τις πολλές ταβέρνες, beach bars, καφετέριες, καταστήματα, τα οποία είναι στη διάθεσή σας 7 ημέρες την εβδομάδα. Το κρεβάτι είναι διπλό, το στρώμα του διαθέτει memory foam για άνετο και ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Η κουζίνα είναι μεγάλη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο και μοντέρνο. Το μπαλκόνι προσφέρει θέα στη Σάρτη και στο όρος Δραγουδέλι.

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

Evelen Studios(Ground floor)

Evelen Studios are located at a distance of 300m from the beach in Sarti. It is a smaller, family object which has a total of 4 studios on the first floor and 4 studios on the ground floor, and all of them are renovated in 2016. Studios are situated in the old part of Sarti, nearby all the contents, restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches. All the studios are two-bedded (double bed). When necessary, in all the studios can be added one extra bed for a third person or a child.
