We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).

The Nest

Welcome to our secluded idyllic acres at Swan View on Jane Brook. Our fully renovated, detached, self-contained little guest house, shady pool area and natural spaces make an ideal retreat for a couple or two singles.
