Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has 2 full size single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and also has a washer/dryer. There is a large shower with WC and connecting doors to both bedrooms. There is also a separate cloakroom.

Locally there are good walks, cycling routes and you are close to the Norfolk Broads and about 30 mins by car to the Norfolk coast.
