South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

On the South Downs Way, nestled in a beautiful spot amongst trees, with countryside views across farmland, The Nest is a hand-built wooden cabin positioned at Springfields, Spring Gardens Nursery. An area of natural beauty, yet a short walk to the PYO areas, farm shop and wonderful cafe at The Gooseberry House, it has immediate access to footpaths and is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Private parking on site. Recent new kitchen area & shower fitted for guests comfort, to enable longer stays.

Entire guest house studio - West Sussex

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Moo Moo Farms Barn offers the perfect weekend getaway. It is situated on the South Downs Way (National Park and Area of Outstanding Beauty) We are right on the SDW path! Perfect for Walkers and cyclists. Amazing views Our Barn is perfect for couples, friends, wedding guests, solo adventurers, and friendly dogs. It is not suitable for young children. Our dog-friendly, Grade-2 listed cottage welcomes families. It has off-street parking with an EV charging point. The large, pretty garden has a BBQ and games. It’s just 400m to Storrington’s shops, pubs and restaurants but you’ll only hear church bells and birdsong. The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.

We are pleased to welcome visitors to our 3 bedroom self-catering cottage situated on the side of the Downs in the Southdown National Park overlooking Findon Village, Views and easy access to Cissbury Ring, the second largest Neolithic flint and iron age hill fort in the UK, Chanctonbury Ring, a prehistoric hill fort, and the Downs gallops of Josh Gifford Racing Stables.
