We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. Ideally located just minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Lodge and nearby Banner Elk restaurants. A short drive takes you to Grandfather Mountain and Tweetsie Railroad.

The kitchen & living area features tall ceilings but *please note* the bathroom and closet ceiling height is shortened to about 6 ft to make room for the loft bedroom above.
