Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Schlossberg oder das Grazer Wahrzeichen der Uhrturm liegen in kurzer Entfernung und sind gut mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar.
