Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωματιο.,ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι τραπεζαρία,κουζίνα με όλα τα σκεύη κ ψυγείο. Το άνετο μπαλκόνι του έχει θέα στο καταπράσινο Μανιτοχωρι κ στα περίχωρα της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού. Το σπίτι διαθέτει δύο a/c,tv και wifi. Είναι σε μια πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία,πολύ κοντά στο Κέντρο του νησιού,στην Χώρα κ στα μαγαζιά του Λιβαδίου.
