Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed, pocket doors leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.

The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Self-contained chalet with private parking for up to 2 cars. One double bedroom upstairs and full size foldaway bunk beds in the living room so easily accommodating up to 4 people. Situated just 2 miles from the South Downs and 3 miles from the seafront, it is an ideal base for hiking, cycling and exploring this lovely part of the country. The perfect place to stay for all Goodwood events and within walking distance of Fontwell Races, local shops, pubs and restaurants.

This cabin has all you need for a night, a few nights or even longer. Built in a large garden, it is quiet and secluded, not overlooked by the house, and it backs onto a park area. It has a large shower and all the usual facilities allowing for a shared area along with the bed. The double doors look out onto the garden, in summer it has sun most of the day, in winter it is a cosy space to rest and recuperate.
