Guests will immediately walk past spacious hot tub into a comfortable sunroom where you’ll watch the most colorful, water view sunsets Long Island has to offer! This one of a kind offers a sprawling layout that has 3 queen size bedrooms and 1 king . We can also provide an air mattress for an additional guest. There is a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer! This beautiful walking Village has so much to offer! We do allow dogs with prior notice with a $65/dog.

We are 10 minutes away to MacArthur Airport in Islip, 5 minutes to shopping center where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and stores. We are 10 minutes away from LIRR train station where you can get a ride to Manhattan. Although the studio is centrally located a car or Uber is recommended,. You'll have your own bathroom, kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, air conditioner, tv with cable and internet. Our study is a FREE SMOKING PLACE! Not smoking or vaping!

Perfect for going kayaking, paddle boarding or just stay relaxing in the backyard. It is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 7 minutes away from downtown. Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.

Please note that we do not allow weddings and events at this time.

The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
