Our studio is light filled, high ceilinged, spacious and tranquil overlooking a beautiful garden and comprises a living area, loft bedroom (accessible by ladder) and private use bathroom. The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.

Situated at the bottom of a terrace house, overlooking one of the best surf breaks in Newcastle. The break is only 3 minutes from the studio. All linen and essentials are provided. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants and public transport.

Nanny's Beachside Cottage is centrally located with only minutes walk to the beach, Bowling Club, RSL Club and one of three local Hotels. Access to Newcastle CBD is a 20 minute drive or via a short passenger ferry ride (3 minutes) which is only ten minutes walk from Nanny's Beachside Cottage.
