Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Nestled between towering mountainscapes and enduring vineyards, this property is situated in Franschhoek, a town known for its world-class dining, wine tasting, and natural beauty. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). Stellenbosch mtn: compact family friendly flat

Small family-friendly flat at the foot of Stellenbosch Mountain—just 1.3 km from town. The mountain begins almost across the street, with direct access to walking trails and the wide open scenic “Butterfly Fields” right on our doorstep. The space is compact, with 2 small en suite bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a small lounge. Perfect for young families: toys, books, trampoline, treehouse, and shared garden and pool. Please note: the rooms are small and we have 2 very friendly dogs on the property.

Our studio is a separate self catering unit in a forest garden with it's own entrance and off street parking.. We are in an upmarket quiet neighbourhood and 5 min. drive from the historic town centre. It has a king bed, couch {converting into a wide single bed for a child} , kitchenette, private bathroom (en suite), terrace and a swimming pool. The 5 schools and MediClinic hospital is 5min. drive away. We're at the start of the famous Stellenbosch mountain for hiking and mountain bikes..

For us this venture is a dream come true. We have designed every inch of the double-volume space with its spectacular arch window ourselves and enjoyed every minute of it! The interior is modern and quirky, with whites and greys forming the backdrop to an eclectic ensemble of furniture and finishes in chrome, glass, wood, and plain and printed fabrics. We started building in January 2019 and opened for business 7 months later! Now it is over to you to make the most of this special space …

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

Bathroom: Soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion provided.
