For those guests traveling with friends we offer a second unit in the same house. Perfect for couples wanting privacy but to share space for visiting.

The Back House is located in one of Memphis’ nicest neighborhoods, Central Gardens, and features a private backyard and private entrance just for you. Enjoy a queen hybrid mattress, futon couch, table for 2, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee station, and a 43 inch TV with Roku with free Netflix. You will love the safe neighborhood with mansion homes all around and private security. Downtown Memphis is only 2 miles away or walk to local bars in Cooper Young and Overton Square.

Modern tiny home, easily walking distance to restaurants, bars, and breweries! Cooper-Young is a fun, friendly, vibrant historic neighborhood located in midtown Memphis. The Mini Cooper Tiny House is just off the main intersection where the neighborhood gets its name. A half block walk to all the action, but you'll be in a quiet little nook with your own driveway for offstreet parking. Our Airbnb in hosted by our family. We live in the neighborhood, so we are available if needed.

Higbee House, home away from home and then some.

Our large, meticulously renovated private home is art filled and furnished with our eclectic style. There are two bedrooms down with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bath. An additional flex space with daybed is upstairs as well. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. Although the house is not ADA compliant it does have wheelchair access on the ground floor. Our home is in the authentic Memphis. As we say, "Midtown is Memphis".

Our unique studio is located in the Cooper-Young historic district in Midtown. This charming neighborhood is home to some of the best bars, breweries, and restaurants that Memphis has to offer. Within a short walk you can get to Young Avenue Deli for a game of pool, Celtic Crossing for a beer, the Cooper-Young Farmers Market for local produce, or the Liberty Bowl to catch a Tigers Game. This suite is also located within a 10-minute drive from Downtown Memphis.

Cozy and quiet private, guest studio apartment located in a turn-of-the-century historic neighborhood in the heart of Memphis minutes away from all the best the city has to offer.
