Stedet anbefales for to personer, eller voksne med barn om man skulle være fire personer. Stamsund er et perfekt utgangspunkt for å oppleve hele Lofoten! Med en time i bil til både Svolvær den ene veien og Å den andre. Rett utenfor leiligheten er det muligheter for fine fjell eller badeturer. Stamsund har også både matbutikker, restaurant og kafé i gangavstand.

Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. There are great hiking trails just outside, and you can catch fish from the dock. It is possible to pay and go out to sea with a big boat, or buy fishingcards for the waters abowe.
