It is equipped with a private balcony, full kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom with a king bed, and one bathroom. The unit is located above our detached garage in the back of our property. There is also a patio area with chairs, firepit and a hot tub that is open for use. Street parking is readily available. It's roughly a 15-20 min walk to downtown Kirkwood.
