This basement apartment is on the Pell City side of the lake close to the dam. It has a huge porch overlooking the lake with outdoor table to enjoy dinner or coffee while watching sail boats or heron fly around. It's close to the Birmingham Sail Club and only 15 minutes to a supermarket. While it has been fully remodeled, the exposed brick walls, wood floors, transom doors, and much of the trim are original to the building, retaining its ninety year old charm.
