This studio McGee inspired space is located in a beautiful neighborhood in the Southwest Hills of Eugene where you will be given the beautiful experience of the lush green trees of Oregon, as this space backs up to lush forest and your own private hot tub with city views in the evening. 15 min to Autzen and 13 min to the U of O!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Easy walking access to downtown Springfield eateries, stores & the Willamette River trail. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!
