Welcome to a "Shore Thing", a 2-bedroom modern beach house that is the perfect getaway spot for you and your loved ones to connect, unwind and enjoy everything that beautiful Belmar and the Jersey Shore has to offer. Enjoy the sounds of the Ocean just 3.5 blocks to the beach and walking distance to all of the local spots in town including F St, Anchor Tavern, Marina Grille, 10th Ave Burrito, etc. The property is also a quick Uber to other hot locations such as Asbury Park, Spring Lake and OG.

Beach Bungalo - Small House , Big Welcome! Cheerful, comfortable and throughly cleaned. 5-10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Healthy salt air and ocean frolics await. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

In our Family Style home, we offer 3 bedrooms to comfortably welcome 6 guests. This includes 1 Master Bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV along side 2 other spacious bedrooms with towels warmers in every room. There is an additional flat screen TV in one of the additional bedrooms. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a working space island, BBQ grill, Patio set and a cozy front porch with 2 chairs and a love seat. *We include 5 beach passes with your booking*

Relaxing Beach Home, Renovated w/a Spacious Yard

Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Located on a quiet street just 2 blocks from Main St, 5 blocks from the beach, and 5 blocks from the train station, this home is in the perfect location for a memorable family vacation. A spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom beach rental only few blocks away from Spring Lake beaches. Newly renovated and each bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom. The home has a large yard that looks onto Wreck Pond with a private pool and outdoor dining area. Super easy access to local shore towns. Note: Spring Lake Heights requires that we file a Certificate of Occupancy for each stay. I will need the name, DOB and pictures of the drivers license for each guest that will be staying.

The Seagull’s Nest - Large Belmar Beach House

The Seagull’s Nest is a large Victorian-style home originally built in 1900. As experienced Airbnb hosts in Belmar, we enjoyed remodeling this home to keep the spirit of an old Jersey Shore beach house while also adding all of the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space, multiple game rooms, and a central location near Belmar Marina and Main Street, it is the perfect spot for a getaway with family or friends.

This 1BR beach house, the downstairs unit in a duplex, is sleeps up to 4 and is perfect for couples, friends, and families. Located only a few blocks from the beach in a historic neighborhood lined with 19th century homes and close walk to the bustling action of Asbury Park!
