We have big free parking, 33 m2 heated pool with jet stream, 1000 m2 garden with shower, barbecue, playground, ambient lights, wi-fi, 75" TV, AC in each room, equipped kitchen. Comfortable apartment for four in the center of old town, situated in a traditional Dalmatian stone house, 10 minutes away from the sea and Bacvice sand beach and 200 meters from Diocletian's palace. The space is airy, full of sun during the day. It has a fully equipped kitchen., two bathrooms and two separated bedrooms. Apartment has three ac unit(one in living room and one in each room) We got parking garage as well. The garage is about 90 meters from apartment

This unique and central apartment is situated in an old family stone house built in the year 1905, completely renovated in 2018. The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us. Please note there are stairs inside and in front of the apartment.

Villa is located in a beautiful part of Split, next to a small town Stobreč, 500 meters from the sandy beach. Villa offers accommodation for 11 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor of the house. We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!
