On the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, while on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV and private bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price.

The house and apartments are placed on perifery of Split in a very quite neighborhood. Guests will have privacy and enjoy their time in newly renovated apartments. Guests can also enjoy a large swimming pool with a lot of features (heating, sprinkles, waterfall, resistance jet...). Swimming pool is shared with other gusts who are renting in our house. We also live on top floor, and we are available for our guests at any time.
