Centrally-located between Sallisaw, OK and Fort Smith/Van Buren, Arkansas (all are just a few minutes away). The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

The house has 5 bedrooms (one is on the first floor), 4 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 16 people.
