The house was made in 1862 and is 10 minutes by foot from the main port of Spetses and 12 minutes from the old harbour, where all the restaurants clubs and bars thrive of night life. The neighborhood is quite and the tall stone wall around the house provides privacy and calmness. Recently renovated inside has in front a beautiful garden with a barbeque and a comfortable traditional dining area where you can enjoy peaceful moments. Ο χώρος διαθέτει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι, έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι για δύο άτομα, καθώς επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα παροχής βρεφικού κρεβατιού. Σε απόσταση μόλις 100 μέτρων βρίσκονται οι δυο κεντρικότερες παραλίες του νησιού!
