The Storehouse, a church built in the 1890s, is nestled in the serene backdrop of Grandview, Indiana. This former sanctuary has been thoughtfully transformed into a 3 BR home, perfectly blending old-world charm with contemporary amenities. You will love the original hardwood floors and stained glass windows in every room. Less than 15 min. from Holiday World and Lincoln State Park, there is much to do. Farm Stay with Sunset Views

This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. The space comfortably sleeps 14 adults. 3 toddlers which don’t count toward occupancy. We offer 1 night stays

One block away from Holiday World! This house is a close walk to the park and a 5m drive to Lincoln Boyhood National Park and many other attractions. The house has been lovingly prepared for a Christmas theme and is ready for guests with comfy bedding, updated kitchen and bathroom, large indoor and outdoor gathering area, and all sparkling clean. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

It features a thoughtfully designed layout of 1,440 square feet and is the perfect mix of comfort and style. While the neighbors are nearby, they are far enough away to keep your secrets safe! Just a hop, skip, and a jump from Holiday World, 15 minutes away—and just 1.9 miles from Matilda’s wedding venue, it's the perfect getaway to relax and make unforgettable memories.

Perfect for couples, a private getaway with a soothing, rustic yet modern asthetic. Enjoy the wildlife, beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets from the tree tops! Propane fire pit on deck & wood fire pit in the yard with wood provided. Lots of places to relax around the property. About a 15 min drive into Owensboro which is a very cool year-round Rivertown! We are an organic farm located on 27 acres of mixed field and forest land. Bees have made a home here as well with multiple hives throughout the farm. We are a family home with two small indoor dogs playing in the main space, and three friendly outdoor cats. The rented space is located in the lower level of our home. It includes two bedrooms, a game room, and a kitchenette. A stone and gravel path leads to eleven steps and the private entry door.

Nature Lovers Retreat

This charming cottage is the perfect getaway for nature lovers. Relax in this home’s cheerful and cozy atmosphere, located on the edge of Ben Hawes Park with over 4 miles of beautiful walking trails and 7.5 miles of bike trails in this gorgeous 297 acre forest. Enjoy all the comforts of home, including free WiFi, TV, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and free parking. This special retreat is also only 1 mile from Ben Hawes Golf Course.

Isabelle’s Cottage

This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom cottage sits on one acre just outside of Santa Claus. It has all the cozy touches of home as well as plenty of outdoor space including the comfy front porch, fire pit, and gas grilling area. Surrounded by fields and forest, it is the perfect place to unwind in the country. It includes a laundry room and all consumables outside of shower toiletries.

This tiny home sits in the countryside where many deer and turkey can be seen. Relax at your campfire and sit and watch the fireflies while the kids run in the large yard. It is set up with one queen bed with one pull out couch. This land also has 3 other homes that can be rented for larger gatherings. After a long day at Holiday World you can be at your doorstep in 1.5 miles.
