There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

It is located near the Vineyards at Landry Vineyards. Guests can relax with a complementary bottle of wine, free 2 staves wine tasting M-Sat. 11-5:30 and all the modern amenities. Book a tour on a Sat., by visiting the website. NO Pets. Grapes are not on the vines & green year round, they go dorment in the winter.

This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
