Our favorite thing about our cottage is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

A community fitness center located directly across the street features a swimming pool, two basketball courts, racquetball, walking track and weight room.

Swisher Farmhouse at Granny Flats

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
