Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, l'appartamento si trova a circa 10 km (10 minuti) dal mare ed è posto al secondo piano di un piccolo palazzo dove anche noi viviamo, misura circa 75 mq ed è completamente ristrutturato. Composto da piccolo ingresso, 2 camere grandi, una cucina abitabile, un bagno ed un ripostiglio, è molto comodo, luminoso e spazioso. Fermata dell'autobus a circa 20 metri, farmacia, supermercato ed altri servizi TUTTI facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, ristoranti in zona

Vicinissima all'incantevole mare della Costa degli Etruschi (in 10 minuti in macchina per raggiungere Castiglioncello e la costa Livornese) è immersa nel verde e dista 1 km circa dal paese che risponde ad ogni esigenza . Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.
