Privately situated, Kowphia Cottage is located in stunning Dublin Bay Wanaka. This slice of paradise offers you the unique getaway space that you have always dreamed of. Newly built, this modern cottage is landscaped exquisitely with native flora, schist and blue stone. The magnificent views of Dublin Bay, lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains will truly take your breath away. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The bedrooms are separated by a modern living space and fully equipped kitchen.

It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. The Cottage sits at the front of the property with a fenced off and completely separate Corner Peak Studio at the back of the property.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Waiau Crib is a charming two-bedroom retro-style cottage, perfect for two to four people, very clean and comfortable with excellent phone reception and data coverage. Private home for you to enjoy with plenty of off-street parking. Note that downstairs is not occupied and only for storage and cleaning supplies.
