York Harbor Inn- Country Inn Room

Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

The Elms - River Room

The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The River Room has one queen bed, private bathroom with tub, a desk, large closet, and a view of the Presumscot. This is the most desirable room in the Elms. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

Welcome to The Wilcomb Suite, a newly renovated room with en-suite bathroom on the 3rd floor of the historic Ipswich Inn. Unwind on the King sized Brooklyn Bedding bed and enjoy morning coffee from the keurig at the wet bar. Your space includes local boutique bath amenities and a Smart TV with Youtube TV (150+ channels!). Smartlock ensures an easy self-check in process. Oceanfront studio with one queen bed and a queen sleep sofa OR one queen bed and a queen size Murphy bed located approximately 1/2 mile north of the Hampton Beach center - an easy 15 - 20 minute walk to all activities, restaurants and shops. This unit offers a private balcony, full bath, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Free Wifi, A/C, heat and onsite parking for one vehicle. Please be aware that there is construction taking place near our building.
