A very comfortable and cosy apartment close to everything. Only 5-10 minutes walk from the railway station, bus station and the city centre with all the restaurants, cafes and the riverside. Absolutely charming and peaceful neighbourhood with old buildings and a beautiful park. The apartment itself has a new, refurbished kitchen, but still the atmosphere of a 100-years old building, and it is in the top floor. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary items for 1-4 guests.

The market square, cathedral and riverside are right around the corner offering wonderful cafés and restaurants.

Vieressä sijaitsevat hyvät ostosmahdollisuudet, esim. Ostoskeskus Hansa on tien toisella puolella. Lähellä sijaitsee myös useita ravintoloita ja ruokakauppoja. Asunto on valoisa yksiö ylimmässä kerroksessa. Makuualkovissa on 140cm leveä sänky ja sohvasta saa myös 140 cm leveän vuoteen tarpeen tullen.

Juna-asemalle ja linja-autoasemalle matkaa vain puolisen kilometriä. Pihassa on varaamattomia parkkipaikkoja 3. Auton voi jättää myös kadulle talon eteen. Konsertit Kirjurinluodossa ja sinne matkaa kilometrin verran. Makuuhuoneessa iso ilmanviilennin kesällä. Poistoputken ranskalaisesta parvekkeen ovesta ulos.

Siisti ja viihtyisä kaksio aivan kaupungin ytimessä. Mm. Laukontori, kauppahalli ja Ratinan stadion ovat asunnon välittömässä läheisyydessä. Samoin lukuisat ravintolat, kahvilat, kaupat ja muut kaupungin palvelut. Emme säilytä asunnossa henkilökohtaisia tavaroitamme.
