Kauniilla ja viihtyisällä huoneistolla on huikea sijainti Hämeenpuistossa Työväenteatteria vastapäätä. Vain kiven heiton päässä Laukontorita ja keskustasta. Asunto on raikkaasti pintaremontoitu ja 6. kerroksesta on vehreä näkymä Hämeenpuistoon. Suljettuina ikkunat pitävät hyvin kadun äänet loitolla. Talossa pieni hissi.
