Welcome to “The Grove at Ryans Rest”. Our second Tiny House Farm Stay is a space to RECONNECT with loved ones, the land and with nature as you are immersed in a regenerative agricultural system that is all connected as one living, breathing ecosystem. A place to RECHARGE and RETREAT, close your eyes, breathe in, smell the fresh air, sweet soil, lemon blossom and surrounding forests. To RE EXAMINE, RE AWAKEN and RESET a vital biological connection with the earth through our land and our food.

Cosy caravan in a rural setting

This cosy and comfortable caravan sits permanently under shelter with an outdoor paved area. Relatively private (15 metres from the main house's outbuildings) it's surrounded by trees, gardens and rural landscapes. Interior of this retro 1980s van has been lovingly decorated with sumptuous red velvet soft furnishings and non toxic, eco paint. Basic but functional small kitchen. Comfy double bed located behind a partitioned concertina door Lounge area can convert to bunk beds for 2 kids.

“Winston” Tanjanerup Chalets

Blackwood River is right at your door step with plenty of walk trails and bike tracks to discover. Come meet Larry, Pebbles & Flossy our resident pet cow and sheep. They will greet you on arrival & there's even feed for their feed bucket or feed them by hand. Town's within strolling distance. The chalet is located on the edge of a 130acre paddock. There's an adjoining second chalet connected by a locked decking door. Plenty of room with everything you need for that special time away. NO Pets

Little Hop House - escape to the valley

Little Hop House is a small home nestled amongst the green, rolling hills of the Preston River Valley in beautiful, southwest Western Australia. Situated on a working farm, only five minutes out of the nearby town of Donnybrook, but a world away from city life. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.
