Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

The Machinery Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living, with everything you could need. Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite with a private enclosed patio area at rear.

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
