Strathmere is amazing and the last place on the shore with a quiet laid back beach scene with spacious beaches and a chill attitude. If you're looking for a brand new squeaky clean beach house more focused on AC and amenities, I don't think you should rent this house. I think you should find the place that makes the most sense for you. My place is an old beach cottage with a great deck and backyard and a minute walk to the beach. Honestly, the floors have a +/- 5 degree lean to the northwest.

It's always been two guest but as of lately most people want to bring an extra person so I add three however if booking for 3 the 3rd person have to take the couch.

Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 25.00 per person a night fee plus 30.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.
