There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor with a Keurig and microwave for you to use.

There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor to work, hangout, or play games. ** Not serving breakfast at the moment.

Just 1 Block to the BEACH & boardwalk in OCNJ, we are where vintage mid-century charm meets modern beach casual. Coffee, tea & pastries are offered in the AM, off street parking in our private lot & complimentary beach tags. You will be staying at our 14 room inn, the Zenneth Manor Inn. Our beach house is your beach house.

ADA Accessible Classic King Suite

Flooded with natural light and plenty of room to move around, our Accessible Suite has a generous living and dining area with a full kitchen outfitted with everything you need. This suite also has vast, thirteen- foot ceilings throughout and is outfitted with a King bedroom and private en-suite bathroom featuring a rain shower and Aesop bath amenities. Pets welcome ($100 per pet) Twin sized cot available upon request ($25 per night).
