Guests staying longer than 10 days receive discount (calculated by AirBnB). This discount reflects the fact that guests are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of their room.

We live on the edge of the beautiful conservation village of Colinton. Although it is still known as a village, it is a suburb of Edinburgh and is a 30-minute journey by bus to the city centre. The room is very cosy and comfortable with a view to the back garden. There is a modern shower room next door. This is shared with 2 other people. The room has a double bed, a desk and chair, a built-in cupboard with lots of hanging space and a chest of drawers.
